- Maintain the highest concern for the health, well-being and safety of all our customers, employees and the general environment.

- Preserve the highest standards and conduct our business in the laundering and drycleaning industry in a responsible manner.
- Protect the environment by using only the best professional processes in the industry.
- Uphold the principles of this code, and in the event of a complaint by a customer, to place all pertinent facts before the association.
